Most custom orders are processed and printed within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping transit time depends on your selected delivery method at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend uploading high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS files for the best results. We also accept high-quality JPEG and PNG files with a minimum of 300 DPI.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Can I request a custom size not listed on the website?
Absolutely! We specialize in large-scale projects. Please contact our support team with your specific dimensions for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for custom printed items?
Since each item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
